Projects
Afocal Zoom Testbench Camera
We designed and constructed this camera using a CMOS sensor, focusing lens, and an ND filter. Adjustable lens positions were designed to allow images to be taken at varying magnifications. This project was one of two selected for the Stanford Electrical Engineering Department Design Award.
Stanford Escape
During my final year of undergrad, I got together a group of my engineering classmates to found Stanford Escape, Stanford's first immersive escape room. Fully designed, machined, and constructed at Stanford, we served more than 600 professors, students, and affiliates. Some highlights include a laser maze, a color-wheel themed switchboard circuit puzzle, and a video game. More info can be found through the Stanford Daily article on us, the Stanford Report feature on us, or the Stanford Electrical Engineering Department post and corresponding documentary feature.
Tamagotchi Workshop
Modeled after the classic Bandai toy, we designed our own Tamagotchi with a custom PCB, mechanical housing, and code . This project was constructed for an EE community workshop, on behalf of lab64.
EE134, EE234: Photonics Laboratory Projects
I built multiple optical devices using optical testbench equipment and 3D-printed parts I designed. Some of these projects include a LiDAR system, a physical Fourier plane edge detector, a microscope, a spectrometer, and more.
Stanford Pupper
I worked on Pupper , an open source quadruped, and helped develop labs for the first iteration of CS123: A Hands-On Introduction to AI and Robotics alongside researchers from Google Deepmind and the Movement Lab. We presented our work at the 2023 CoRL .
EE108: FPGA Music Player
For EE108: Digital Logic, my teammates and I coded an FPGA in Vivado to have different functionalities, like playing and displaying music, or acting as a calculator.
